- Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM MST, except holidays.
- Any new service desk requests received after 4:00PM MST will be processed by a service desk technician on the next business day.
- Priority support is provided to customers with Managed Network Service Agreements (see your agreement for details).
